In the case of inclement weather:
If weather is obviously a washout, we will make call early as we can during the day.  For most situations, we will wait for the official decison of Henrico County Parks&Rec. That message from the county is posted at 3:30PM during the week on the county hotline.  For the weekend, the county will sometimes release a message as early as 7:00AM.  The League will post cancellations on this webpage and on our Facebook page immediately once we are made aware from Parks&Rec.  Your coach will then send out a message to their team.

Henrico County controls our fields here at BLL.  During the season everyone can utilize the county hotline for field closings around the county. If you call the hotline, they refer to our fields as "Johnson Fields" in their recorded message.  If bad weather hits AFTER 3:00pm (after recorded message is released from Parks&Rec) the decision to play or not will be up to BLL Officials.  In that case, please contact your coach.
